Pumpkin Pie Spice Smoothie Recipe

This delectable, healthful smoothie is packed with vitamin A, potassium and fiber. Top each serving with some Tiny Fruits and a pinch of cinnamon if you like.
Ingredients
  • ½ cup organic pumpkin puree fresh or canned
  • 1 organic frozen banana
  • 1 cup organic milk of your choosing
  • 1 tablespoon organic pure maple syrup, more or less to taste
  • ¼ tsp organic vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp organic pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ cup ice
  • Handful of Little Duck Organics Tiny Fruits (I used Blueberry and Banana)  
Directions
Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into glass and top with Tiny Fruits of your choosing.
